Flowers were nice but did not receive the balloon i ordered with them. ---- Florist's Response: We are so sorry for our mistake! On Valentine's Day we have lots of extra help and unfortunately your balloon was overlooked. I will be reaching our via email to fix our mistake.

After reviewing your website, I decided to place an online order for a dear friend who needed a bright and cheerful bouquet of flowers. After all most of us ladies truly appreciate being sent flowers Just Because. I placed my order around 12 noon. Within minutes I received confirmation of my order and an explanation that although they didn’t have the exact flowers in the arrangement I chose, they would make sure the arrangement would be even more beautiful than the picture…and it CERTAINLY WAS! Most impressive was the flowers arrived at my friends home by 3:30 that same day! My friend was so pleased with her flowers! They put a smile on her face
